Discover the world of artificial intelligence!

In this two-day intensive course, you will not only acquire fundamental knowledge about how AI works and its impact on society and the economy, but also learn to understand the potential and limitations of AI. In addition, you will practice the targeted use of Large Language Models (LLM) such as ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Gemini (Google) and discuss their integration and benefits in a work context.

The course consists of 2 modules.

Module 1: INTRODUCTION TO AI

• Definition: what is AI and what is not AI
• History of artificial intelligence
• Examples of use: potentials and red flags
• Ethical questions around the use of artificial intelligence

Module 2: GENERATIVE AI IN PRACTICE

• Presentation of best practices in the use of generative AI - do's and don'ts
• Hands-on development of tasks with LLMs

The course is designed for

• Experts such as IT workers and team leaders, project leaders, process owners and innovation managers
• Managers, e.g. chief officers, division and department heads

Programming skills are not required.
