The rector manages the legal office, which is directly subordinate to the federal minister.

Duties of the University Legal Office

To provide civil servants and their superiors with legal information and advice on topics relating to work, salary and pension law
To take care of personnel matters for civil servants

The University Legal Office was established for TU Graz in accordance with § 125 para. 1 of the University Act 2002.
