Tasks of the Personnel Department

  • Undertaking personnel administration and payroll administration for all university staff members, freelancers and contractors
     
  • Providing legal information and advice on contracts, salary, work, tax, social insurance and pensions for all university staff members
     
  • Advising and supporting university management and managers in all aspects related to personnel law
     
  • Placing job advertisements for all university positions, taking into account deadlines, legal requirements and plans to promote female equality in the workplace
     
  • Cooperating with representatives of staff at TU Graz
     
  • Workplace Health Management
