As part of our continuing education initiative on digital transformation, we have developed modules that serve as the starting point for obtaining various certificates and following various training paths. These modules in which you build your knowledge can be booked as a comprehensive package in the form of a university programme, in selected combinations as university courses, or as individual modules.
The certificates that you can obtain range from a (micro)-certificate, received after successfully participating in an individual module or university course, to a master's degree, received upon completing a complete university programme. In this way, you can customise the modules and fulfil your ambitions regarding continuing education to fit your personal needs.

You can choose between modules in the fields of technology and business or freely combine them as you need.
Balancing continuing education with work, family and leisure time is a particular concern of ours.
Therefore, we make it possible for you to learn independently at your own pace and convenience in addition to attending in-presence units.
Each module is held in 3 phases.
1) Online phase
In this phase, you will acquire basic subject knowledge on your own by referring to fundamental literature and learning videos. The learning platform TeachCenter of TU Graz allows you to ask questions and exchange information with lecturers and other course participants.
Credits: 1.5 ECTS
2) In-presence phase for certificate programme participants and livestream events for university course and individual module participants
Over a period of 3 days, you have a chance to discuss, reflect on and deepen the acquired knowledge, as well as to apply it in the context of case study examples (usually held from Monday 09:00 to Wednesday 16:00 or Thursday 09:00 to Saturday 16:00). Credits: 1.5 ECTS
The in-presence lectures are broadcast live via the internet over our video platform TUbe. University programme participants who cannot be on site for professional reasons can watch the course recordings of courses at their convenience or watch the course sessions via livestream.
3) Transfer phase
This phase occurs individually in your own or in your chosen company. In this phase, you have the opportunity to put the knowledge you have acquired into the context of your company or to work toward finding a solution for a problem or issue at the company.
Credits: 2 ECTS
