In order to be enrolled as a Double Degree Incoming at TU Graz, you
The deadline for nominations to be received is 30 April.
Nominations must be received directly from the partner university via email to the responsible Exchange Coordinator at the International Office - Welcome Center.
You will receive an invitation link to Mobility Online via email as soon as we have received your nomination by your home university.
The deadline for applications is 1 June.

Criteria:
Download the application form from Mobility Online and sign it. Afterwards, please upload it again.
Your passport needs to be valid for the entire period of your stay.
Your progress in your degree programme should not be hindered by difficulties with these languages. A language certificate is therefore required that indicates a minimum level of B2 on the scales of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
The language certificate may not be older than 2 years.
Language certificates must be issued by language schools or language departments at universities.
A high school leaving certificate cannot be accepted as language certificate.
Students with English or German as their native language do not need to submit a language certificate.
The transcript of records is issued by your home university and lists all the courses you have successfully completed together with grades and ECTS credit points.
It serves as proof of your progress in your degree programme and is a point of reference for the academic coordinator of the Double Degree.
Only students who have completed their bachelor's and include a copy of their certificate in their application can be accpeted in the Double Degree Programme.
If your certificate will be issued after the applicationd deadline at TU Graz, please reach out to the responsible Exchange Coordinator at the International Office - Welcome Center and indicate the date you are supposed to receive the document.
We are happy to sign the Learning Agreement issued by your home university. Simply forward the document to the responsible academic coordinator. Please make sure you also send the fully signed document to the Exchange Coordinator at the International Office - Welcome Center.

Students can choose from courses offered in the Master’s programme Computer Science.
In addition, students can take classes from the Master’s programme Software Engineering and Management if they find suitable courses.
Workload: 18 ECTS from compulsory courses, 12 ECTS from electives and 12 ECTS for work on your thesis. For your master's thesis, you will receive 30 ECTS at TU Graz.
Students unsure about their choice of courses can reach out to the academic coordinator.
Students can choose from courses offered in the Master’s programme Architecture:
Workload: Incoming students are supposed to take two modules from module group B (24 ECTS), two modules from module group C (16 ECTS) and 20 ECTS from electives listed in the curriculum. In total: 60 ECTS.

Mechanical Engineering and Business Economics
Workload: Incoming students are supposed to take one of the five specialization subjects of 25 ECTS compulsory subjects and 10 ECTS of elective subjects. Moreover, they will be granted 30 ECTS for their thesis. In total: 65 ECTS.
Students can choose from courses offered in the Master’s programme in Biotechnology.
Workload: Incoming students need to take 22 ECTS of compulsory subjects, 4/4 ECTS of elective subjects/elective modules, 30 ECTS for working on and defending the thesis. In total: 60 ECTS.
Once you have submitted all required documents and they have been checked by the International Office - Welcome Center, you will get a notification via email that your Letter of Acceptance is ready for download on Mobility Online. You can download it together with your Pre-Arrival Guide that will tell you more about the preparation for your stay.
Take care of finding accommodation in Graz as soon as your letter of acceptance is available.
Deadlines for accommodation of the OeAD:
The official language in Austria is German. It is strongly recommended to take part in the 3-week intensive course in September or February, depending on when you arrive.
Since mobility students of all universities in Graz take part in these intensive courses, this is a good way to make friends.
In addition, German semester courses are offered as well.
