Starting Work at TU Graz: Academic Personnel

On this page you will find a list of the documents that the personnel department needs for contract preparation.

Please select your type of employment. On the respective section you can download the required data sheet. Please fill it in and send it electronically to the responsible contact person (see the relevant employment relationship) at the latest 14 work days before the start of work.

Please submit the following documents electronically to the responsible contact person:

1. Data sheet
2. CV
3. official identification document (e.g. passport, identity card, driving licence, etc.)
4. Certificate of professional title
5. All degree certificates
6. If disabled - notification of disablement
7. Marriage certificate
8. Birth certificate of children
9. Extract from criminal records if you will have an openended contract (demand the passage "for submission to TU Graz")
10. Application for commuting allowance
11. Application for single-earner/single-parent tax credit or Family Bonus Plus (E30)
    (For assistance in filling out, you can use the assistance form in English)
12. Tax exemption
13. Additional employment - form
