Bettina Kubicek, Professor of Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Graz, will give a talk on causes and consequences of the integration of work into private life.
Flexible working arrangements and mobile work equipment blur the boundaries between work and private life. As a result, workers increasingly engage with their work during leisure time (work-home integration). In the talk, Bettina Kubicek will provide an overview of the concept of work-home integration and present study results on its antecedents and outcomes.
