Workshop on Theoretical Chemistry 2025

Registration and Deadlines

The registration is open from 1 October - 21 December 2024

  • Registration (see the form at the bottom of this page, visible after 1 Oct. 2024)
  • Max. 65 participants are possible, the list of participants will be applying the first-come-first serve principle.
  • The registration is only final after payment of the registration fee.

Fee and Payment

  • The registration fee is EUR 180,- (in-person) for 2025 for payment until 31 December 2024.
  • Invoice: if you need an official invoice to pay the fee, please contact  marion.hofmeister<at>tugraz.at  by email individually with your data (name, university, address, email and phone number, printed Lecture Notes yes/no and VAT number) and the subject "2025 Workshop Bad Hofgastein - invoice".
  • The registration fee covers participation at the workshop (including the Minisymposium), conference material and coffee breaks.
  • An optional extra of 20,- EUR will be charged for the printed Lecture Notes (it is also available free of charge online).
  • For late registration (upon available places) and payment after 1 January 2025, the registration fee is EUR 200,-

Payment

Payment will be asked not later than 1 January 2025, but the places are given after first come - first pay modus. For those who got an pre-payment invoice, please check its payment dates individually. For payment after 1 January 2025, the registration fee is 200,- EUR.

Deadline 

  • Registration for the workshop is open after 1 October 2024. Places are given after first-pay-first-serve modus.
  • The registration for short talks at the 2025 Minisymposium day (28 February 2025) is open for registered participants only from 7-20  January 2025 (an email will be sent out in December).
    Places are given with special regard to the reference to the main workshop topic and after first-come-first-serve modus. Minisymposium speakers are informed at the end of January.
  • At the in-person workshop, a limited number of posters can be presented for those who need a presentation for their travel cost (poster registration from 7 - 30 January 2025). Poster format A2 portrait.

    7. Data Privacy Notice

    In order to register for the Workshop on Theoretical Chemistry, the organizers will use and store all your contact data, which you provide us in the registration form, but only for administrative purposes and they will only forward these data to third parties if required for the realization of the workshop. These data will not be shared publicly, only if you request it explicitly. Email addresses will be printed in the Lecture Notes Booklet.

    You will get a confirmation of this registration within one week.

    The registration is only final after payment of the registration fee + optional fee for the printed version of the Lecture Notes Booklet.
