Accommodation

The in-person workshop will be held in the Kongress Center, Tauernplatz 1, 5630 Bad Hofgastein,  Austria, from Tuesday, 25 - 28 February 2025.

Bad Hofgastein is a small village with a very prominent skiing region, where you can find a large amount of hotels, pensions and private accomodation of different prices. Nevertheless, we recommend to book the rooms as soon as possible and check the cancellation condition carefully.

Furthermore, we have made reservation for a contingent of single and double rooms in the hotel Rauscher and Paracelsus (www.hotel-rauscher.com, info@hotel-rauscher.com, phone +43 6432 64120), which can be booked with the code "TU-Graz" until 21 December 2023. After that date, the unused contingent will be cancelled. Prices in the contingent are as follows: single room 92,- EUR/p./night, double room for 2 p. 137,- EUR/p./night, plus 2,40 EUR tax/p./night; including breakfast.

Booking of rooms is in the participant's own responsibility, and the organisation will not pay any cancellation costs of participants.

Parking is very limited in Bad Hofagstein, please ask at your individual accomodation. There is a public fee-based parking near the Alpentherme, but with high costs.
