Identify and book Open Access costs in SAP

Many of the Open Access costs are covered and booked by the TU Graz library. In other cases, researchers must handle the payment and correct booking in SAP themselves.

For booking in SAP at TU Graz, these two cost types (referred to as "material groups" in SAP) are relevant:

SAP Material Groups (Cost Type):

760-40: Open Access Publication Costs
Keywords: Open Access, OA, Open Access Charge, Article Processing Charges, Article Processing Fee, APC, (Open Access) Publication Fee, Authors Publication Fee

760-30: Other Publication Costs
Keywords: printing, layout, translation, color and cover charges, submission charge

Using the mentioned keywords, the costs can usually be assigned without any problems!
