Special Problems in Electricity Economics

In the summer semester, Mr. Karl Rose will hold the lecture on Special Problems in Electricity Economics at the IEE.

Univ.-Prof. DI Karl Rose studied petroleum sciences at the Montan University Leoben. After an international career spanning almost 25 years in a senior position at Royal Dutch Shell, Professor Rose has been Chief Strategist and Chief Economist at Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) since 2017. From February 2010 to April 2017, as Senior Director Policy and Scenarios at the World Energy Council in London, he headed the agendas for international energy policy and the development of global energy scenarios for 2050.
In addition to several supervisory board positions, he has been a professor of strategic management and applied corporate management at the Center for Entrepreneurship and Applied Business Administration since August 2010.

In the summer semester 2022, Professor Rose will hold the lecture on Special Problems in Electricity Economics at the IEE.
