OSMSES Workshop in Aachen

Mr. Thomas Klatzer gave a presentation at the 1st International Workshop on "Open Source Modeling and Simulation of Energy Systems".

The Institute for Electricity Economics and Energy Innovation was represented by Mr. Thomas Klatzer represented at the 1st International Workshop on "Open Source Modeling and Simulation of Energy Systems".

The workshop deals with all the aspects related to use and development of open source tools for the modelling and simulation of power and energy systems. The main goal of the workshop is to encourage discussion on these topics among experts coming from academia, industry and utilities.

At the workshop, Mr. Thomas Klatzer presented his contribution entitled "Power System Analyzes with the Low-carbon Expansion Generation Optimization (LEGO) model".
