The IEE was represented at the Renewable Energy Carinthia 2021 Conference.

The Institute of Electricity Economics and Energy Innovation was represented by Univ.-Prof. Dipl.-Ing. Dr. M.Sc. Sonja Wogrin and Assoc.Prof. Dipl.-Ing. Dr.techn. Udo Bachhiesl at the Renewable Energy Carinthia 2021 Conference.

The workshop took place on November 3, 2021 at the Casineum in Velden. At the conference, an expert audience from business, science and politics met on the topic "Energy and Politics Visions and Realities: How Europe's and Austria's Climate Targets Shape Our Actions".The focus was on enhancing further regional narratives to 2040 and juxtaposing strands of action Modeling indicators and metrics, and exploring the role of disruptive innovation in accelerating the energy transition.
