  • ERC Starting Grant 2010-2016 (LEAP PI, held at the Universiy of St Andrews):
    •  The LEAP project was initiated by funding from the European Research Council (acronym ‘lightning’) under the 7th frame workprogramm ‘Ideas’ for the duration of 5 years. It started in March 2010. The ERC project team was made of the project leader, 3 postdoctoral researchers, 3 PhD students, project- and summer students.
  • Marie-Curie  Innovative Training Network for Joint European Degrees (2020-2014, held at the University of St Andrews in 2020, then at the IWF and the TU Graz) "CHAMELEON: Virtual Laboratories for Exoplanest and Planet-Forming Disks"

  • cloud formation, atmosphere chemistry, charge processes
  • hydrodynamic simulations incl. cloud formation for mapping cloud distributions on exoplanets
