Talk/Oral presentation

The duration of the talks is 12 minutes maximum. Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Adobe .pdf are supported formats. You can bring your own laptop (HDMI connectors required) or you can use a presentation laptop at the conference site. There will be a speakers ready room to check your presentation before. The recommended resolutions for the beamer are 1280x800 or 1920x1080. Slides should be 16:9 format. The program book (will be released soon) includes a time table for the talks.


Poster presentation

Poster format: DIN A0 in portrait orientation. We provide poster walls and fixation materials. We ask you to attach your poster by 9 am on your presentation day. Do not forget to remove your poster at the end of the day (before 7pm). Please find your day of presentation in the program book (will be released soon). Further, we ask you to send (bci@tugraz.at) or bring a picture (10x15 cm / 4x6 inch) of the poster presenter. This will make it easier for people to recognize the presenter at the conference.
