Wi-Fi

At TU Graz, Wi-Fi is available through eduroam all over campus. In case you have difficulties connecting, the network TUGRAZguest is also available. You will find login information in all meeting rooms and communal areas.

Lunch

During the IX Unite! Dialogue at TU Graz, participants can have their lunch at two locations:

  • Inffeldgasse 10, Inffeld Mensa – variety of different cuisines
  • Sandgasse 34, Mercato Mensa – Mediterranean cuisine

Participants need to identify themselves with their personal name badges at the checkout. Tap water is available in the dining area.

Coffee Breaks

There are three coffee corners:

  • Inffeldgasse 25D, first floor, Foyer
  • Inffeldgasse 13, ground floor, Foyer
  • Inffeldgasse 12, ground floor, Foyer

Green Meeting

As the host of the IX Unite! Dialogue, Graz University of Technology is committed to climate protection and sustainability. That’s why we chose to get certified by the Austrian Ecolabel for “Green Meetings and Green Events”. The Green Meeting certification process helps to identify areas where sustainability can be improved. Our goal is to make the Unite! Dialogue at TU Graz as eco-friendly as possible.

The implemented measures include but are not limited to:

  • economical use of print materials
  • regionally sourced and seasonal food and beverages
  • focus on vegetarian and vegan options
  • no use of single-use plastic items such as bottles, cups, plates, cutlery

We encourage all participants to travel with a re-fillable water bottle. Austrian tap water is of very high quality and easily accessible.

Campus Inffeldgasse (link) is the largest campus of Graz University of Technology and is home to institutes in the fields of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, software development and information technology, process engineering and civil engineering. In addition, Graz University of Technology's childcare facility called nanoversity and numerous other research institutions, such as the COMET competence centres Virtual Vehicle, Know Center and RCPE are located here.
