Registration Fees

ESAT 2022 will be held as a hybrid event. Both, regular attendees and PhD students, can register for the presence or the online option. Presenters should choose the presence option, contributions from online participants will automatically be assigned to a poster presentation.

The registration fee in addition to the participation in the event also covers the hotel accommodation, conference documents, all meals, Welcome Reception, and the Conference Dinner.

Regular visitors will be assigned a single bedroom. PhD students will be assigned to a double bedroom in pairs. Two PhD students are welcome to be assigned to a double bedroom together upon request. If PhD students wish to have a single bedroom, they must register as regular visitors.

Regular visitors have the option to bring a partner for an upcharge of 490 Euro. Please contact us via email if you are interested.

The registration opens on March 1, 2022 and you can register at the regular event fee until May 15, 2022.

Payment

After filling in the Registration form, the invoice with all the payment instructions will be generated automatically. Payment is accepted by credit card or bank transfer only.

Cancellation and Refunds

The registration fee will be refunded (with a deduction of 10 % to cover the handling costs) if participation in the Symposium is cancelled in writing before May 16, 2022. No refund will be granted after this date.
