Please prepare your abstract using the provided template. For publication in the book of abstracts the document must be no longer than one page. You can insert any text, equations, figures, references etc. within the area available. The deadline for abstract submission is February 16, 2022.
Submission process
- Use the link on the top of the page to submit your abstract.
- Create a user account. This account will also be used for the further organization of the symposium (registration, billing, schedule etc.).
- Choose your preferred type of participation (oral presentation or poster).
- Fill in all required information on the first page of the submission form and hit "Proceed" at the bottom of the page.
- Upload the abstract document (please use the provided template) at the second page of the form, either as .doc or .docx file.
- Complete your submission via the "Upload File(s) and Complete Submission" button at the bottom of the page.

Please note that all deviations from the template have to be re-edited by the Scientific Committee in order to adhere to the format required for the book of abstracts. The Local Committee does not bear responsibility for possible changes ensuing from such reformatting. Every author is responsible for the quality and content of her/his abstract. Documents not meeting the requirements outlined above will not be accepted and the author will be notified.
