Total Particle Measurement in Automotive Exhaust
Brake wear particles are the next upcoming challenge in transport emissions. First regulations have been introduced, but currently allow a broad variability in the measurement setup. In this project we investigate the influences of the currently allowed specification range for brake wear sampling systems on the measurement results, with the aim to propose an ideal measurement setup and furthermore allow for increased comparability between different systems.
