Paper Submission

Submission of ‘full papers’ or ‘extended abstracts’ is now possible. To do so, please select the appropriate submission format in the Conftool (https://www.conftool.com/shmii-13/).

The completed papers are to be uploaded to the Conftool as a Word file and as a PDF file. Please note the following information regarding the length of the submissions:

• Full papers: 6 to 10 pages
• Extended abstracts: 2 to 6 pages

The following template (MS-Word) is available for both submission formats and must be used: SHMII_13_template-paper-word.docx

Deadline for submission: 17 March 2025

All submitted contributions will be peer-reviewed.

All accepted full papers or extended abstracts of the conference will be published by the ‘Verlag der TU Graz’ (https://www.tugraz-verlag.at/en/) as open access E-book with a DOI number.

Please note that at least one of the authors must be registered as a participant at the conference and must give a presentation on the submitted contribution.

Please also note that the best paper award is given exclusively to ‘Full Papers’ and that only full papers are recommended for publication in the Journal of Civil Structural Health Monitoring (JCSHM).
