Fees & Payment

Information on conference fees and included benefits are summarized in THIS FILE. Please use ConfOrganizer (click HERE) for registration and transfering the fees (in your ConfOrganizer "Dashboard", click in the right panel on "Register to the conference").

There are two optional packages available that should be booked before March 29th 2018 via ConfOrganizer:

Conference banquet (Tue, June 12^th 2018): € 100
Excursion to chocolate factory (Wed, June 13^th 2018, evening after the conference): € 45

Bookings of the above optional packages after March 29^th 2018 are subject to availability, and must be arranged by email (escape28@tugraz.at) with the organizer.

Details related to the Excursion

The excursion will consist of a "Choco Tour" at the Zotter chocolate factory (Bergl 56, 8333 Riegersburg; approximately 1 hr drive from Graz with a private bus included in the excursion fee). Time plan: 1 hr. drive to Bergl, stay at factory: approximately 2 hrs., drive back to Graz: 1 hr. Return time: approx. 8.30 p.m. (depends on number of participants). Audio guides at the factory are available in several languages: English, German, Italian, Czech, Slovenian, Hungarian, French, Spanish, Russian and Serbo-Croatian. 

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or changes must be sent to the organizers per E-mail: escape28@tugraz.at and confirmed. 50 % refund can be granted if notification of cancellation has reached the conference secretariat before April 16th 2018. No refunds can be granted after this date. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
