Excursion and Banquet are SOLD OUT

The excursion to the Zotter Chocolate Factory  is SOLD OUT (May 9th, 2018)! The conference banquet on Tuesday, June 12th, is SOLD OUT (status: June 4th, 2018)! We can only offer "Last minute" seats after personal consulation directly at the conference. Please register as soon as possible since the conference is also close to be sold out!

Manuscripts Submitted to Elsevier

After receiving the copyright transfer agreements and the final versions of the manuscripts, we have forwarded the material on March 5th 2018 to Elsevier for the production of the proceedings. Thanks to all authors for submitting high quality manuscripts, and to the scientific committees for managing reviews! Note, the proceedings will be available just before the conference. In addition, we will provide a book of abstracts that will guide you through the conference!

Program Scheduling & Plenary Lectures

After completing the decisions on accepted presentations and talks, we are now starting the scheduling of sessions. Most important: we will present four world-leading experts in the field as our plenary speakers!

Manuscript Revision and Final Manuscript upload

Authors should now revise their manuscripts, see ConfOrganizer (https://escape28.conforganizer.net) for details. The reviewers have managed to check all of the 293 submitted manuscripts. We we have identified XXX contributions that will be presented as oral presentations!

Excellence Award in Recognition of Outstanding PhD Thesis on CAPE (Reminder)

The closing date for nominations to the "Excellence Award in Recognition of Outstanding PhD Thesis on CAPE" is approaching, which is December 31st, 2017. The award will include a cash price (€ 1,500), as well as a travel award (up to 500 €) to go to ESCAPE28. Details are available HERE.

Manuscript Submission - 2nd Deadline Update

In order to relax the deadline for manuscript submission, we have decided to allow uploads by December 20th the latest. However, we would like to start with reviews as soon as possible: Therefore, please upload a blank PDF document until the original manuscript deadline (Dec 12th) in any case. It will be possible to upload manuscripts (and hence overwrite the blank PDF document) via the ConfOrganizer webpage by December 20th (11.55 p.m.) the very latest.

Manuscript Templates Online

The abstract review process is ongoing, and we kindly request all authors to collect material for their manuscript. Also, the template for the 6-page manuscripts is now available in section "Services & Registration / Downloads".

Abstract submission deadline has been extended!

We have received numerous requests to extend the deadline for abstract submission in the context of ESCAPE28.

Therefore, we have decided to postpone the closing of the abstract submission process to October 12th, 11:59 p.m.

However, in order to speed up the review process, we kindly ask you to submit your abstract as soon as this is possible. We also would like to note that due to late occurrence of ESCAPE27 and the return to the regular schedule, the time span between abstract acceptance and full paper submission will be small this year. We would kindly ask to have the material for the full paper ready in order to be prepared in case of your abstract is accepted.
