During ESCAPE28, the biennial (every two years) Excellence Award to recognise outstanding PhDs will be awarded. The award is given by EFCE, and sponsored by Process Systems Enterprise Inc. More information on the procedure for nomination is available HERE.

The award was handed over on Wed, June 13th, to Dr. Mirko Skiborowski for his work on optimisation-based methods for the conceptual design of hybrid processes. Details can be found HERE.

Each participant is strongly encouraged to submit a 6-page manuscript for review. Please use THESE TEMPLATES (MS Word, or Latex) to prepare your manuscript. Please submit your REVISED manuscript (final manuscript) via the ESCAPE28 ConfOrganizer website by February 20th, 2018, latest. Practitioners and academics working in the field of ComputerAided Process Engineering are invited to present up-to-date original research and developments to the 28th Edition of the European Symposium on Computational Process Engineering. Note that abstracts for both (i) oral and (ii) poster presentations can be submitted that fit the scope of the conference and of the EFCE Working Party CAPE. The organizers reserve the right to limit the number of oral and poster presentations per participants in their registration policy (see the abstract preparation guidelines). Abstract submission will be managed via the ConfOrganizer for ESCAPE28 software (click HERE), and must follow the guideline for the abstract submission process AVAILABLE HERE.
