If you are interested in lectures at our institute, we recommend attending the preliminary meeting, which takes place at the beginning of each semester. There you will learn more about the course and its organization. If you would like to attend a course at IAEN, please register via TUGonline (e.g. using your personal business card). You will then automatically receive up-to-date information and access to the TeachCenter of Graz University of Technology. The TeachCenter is a teaching platform through which the interaction between students and teachers is administered. Current information about the course is posted on the bulletin board and the corresponding documents are available for download. In the TeachCenter you will also find additional documents on the respective course as well as possibilities to contact the lecturers (e.g. forum). If you do not have access to the TeachCenter, please contact the secretary's office.
Preliminary meeting for the lectures The preliminary meeting for the lectures takes place at the beginning of each semester in lecture hall i1 in Inffeldgasse 18. For further information please contact one of our assistants.
The documents for the lectures are made available during the lecture. In order to further improve our service for the students, the processing of the lecture will from now on be done via the TeachCenter of Graz University of Technology. You can access the TeachCenter directly via your TUGonline account, where all the lectures you have registered for and processed in the TeachCenter are listed.
Current lecture announcements are listed here on the "notice board". In the section "Administration" you can see the lecture dates as well as the current exam dates. During the course of the lecture, the respective presentations are put online in the "Documents" area. Additional information such as links or further documents are available in the "Teaching and learning aids" section. You can use the lecture forum to contact the lecturers directly and ask questions about the course.
Instead of sending out documents and passwords for download, you - dear students - are now asked to "actively collect" the information about the course. As lecturers, we also have the task of keeping the contents of the TeachCenter up to date, which we are happy to do.
Your IEAN lecturers wish you much pleasure and success in your studies!
