Registration fee

* The ticket for the PhD Workshop can only be booked in addition to the fee of OIPE 2023.

The registration fee includes the book of abstracts, lunches and refreshments during the conference and the social event.
Additional dinner tickets (EUR 60,00 / included for registered participants) and lunch tickets (EUR 25,00 per day) for accompanying persons can be booked in the conference management system.

Please note, that no early booking rebate can be granted if "Bank Transfer" has not been initiated before August 31, 2023! Possible bank transfer charges have to be paid by the sender.

Cancellations must be notified in written form to oipe2023noSpam@tugraz.at.

• From August 20, 2023: 50%
• From September 1, 2023: 75%
• From September 10, 2023: 100%

Insurance

The registration fees do not include insurance of participants against personal and health incidents such as sickness, accidents, theft, property damage or loss, etc. Participants are advised to take care on an adequate personal insurance.
