SUMMER SCHOOL 2025 - Food Science and Culinary Arts

We are pleased to announce that the Summer School for Food Science and Culinary Arts will take place this year from July 6 to 18, 2025 at the ACFC (Analytical Chemistry and Food Chemistry) at TU Graz.  The Summer School has been running since 2017 and is organized each year by one of the 4 cooperating universities. (The Pennsylvania State University, California State University, Fresno, Graz University of Technology and University of Arkansas) The Summer School usually takes place at the beginning of July and lasts about 2 weeks. The program is ideal for students of analytical chemistry, food chemistry or nutrition and for making national and international contacts.
