Registration at the conference venue opens at February 6th, 11:15.
To register to the workshop write an informal e-mail (please click the link) with the subject [CVWW19: REGISTRATION] containing the following information:
- First name, last name
- Affiliation (will be shown on the badge)
- Payment address (you will get an invoice also containing the banking information)
- Single room request *
- Special dietary requests (vegan, vegetarian, ...)
* There are double rooms available in the monastery. In addition, there are two more single rooms. If there would the need for more single rooms, we have booked single rooms in a closeby hotel.
The conference fee is EUR 350,00 including all costs (workshop, accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner, social events).
As requested, multiple attendees can be registered by one e-mail, where we would also provide a single invoice!
