The complex traffic situation of Steyr (Austria) requires special methods to work out a traffic-concept. Increased car-use and changes in city-development lead to conflicts between user groups and residents. For example, a university Campus is settled in an area grown historically. Conflicts about parking places and effects of traffic are the result. Within a new established working group aims and strategies will be discussed. To get the opinion of residents about traffic quality and satisfaction about the quality an opinion pool will take place. The analysis will show discrepancies and imperfections of the traffic system in Steyr.
