e-CiLo – Feasibility analysis for an electronic city-logistic system

The goal of the project is an academic preparation to implement an effective city-logistics-system based on electric vehicles for the handling of any sort of transport. In that case, where the bucks stop is the purchase of consumers and the use of business companies for their transport of their goods. Therefore the consumers are offered an eco-friendly arrival (bikes, public transport...) and the business companies are given an alternative to their conventional transport of goods. To get a first class city-logistics-system assured data sets of customer will be adjusted via interviews, to investigate the usability parameter of the system. The functional and technical performance and methods for a logistic system with electric vehicles will be acquired and the positive effect for the city of Graz will be identified with a potential analysis.
