A&W@RH - Working and Living in Reininghaus This project is designed for developing a Smart City Demonstration Project in Graz/Reininghaus that will be an example for the cooperation of industrial and living activities within a dense area. This area will be developed as a new urban quarter in midst of existing companies and so synergies have to be planned in advance and potential conflict points avoided. Energy and mobility concepts offer synergies and enable joint solutions, the close neighborhood might be a problem. An early participatory process, as planed in this project will form the base for later investments and structures that lead to a Smart City Quarter with jobs and living within short distances.
