Successful completion of the research project AgroStore: Electricity storage in agriculture.

As part of the AgroStore research project, a cooperation between Energie Steiermark, the Styrian Chamber of Agriculture and the Institute for Electricity Economics and Energy Innovation at Graz University of Technology, two master's theses were advertised to investigate the self-consumption rate for the optimal use of photovoltaic systems on farms.

After intensive research, the results of the project were presented this week. The findings show the enormous potential of efficient use of photovoltaic systems in combination with energy storage in agriculture.

The AgroStore research project highlights the importance of innovative approaches in agriculture and shows how photovoltaics and energy storage can contribute to increasing energy efficiency and sustainable development.
