During a research stay, Diego Tejada gave a lecture on energy system optimization models.

Diego Tejada from the Dutch research institute TNO was recently a guest at our institute to give the lecture "Decision Making in Electricity Economics". The visit offered our students a unique opportunity to gain deep insights into decision making within the electricity industry.

In addition to the lecture, Tejada also led a workshop in which he shared his expertise in energy system modelling and stochastics. The exchange and the knowledge imparted were appreciated by students and staff alike.

The event not only strengthened the understanding of complex economic decision-making processes in the energy industry, but also promoted the dialogue between academic theory and practical application. We look forward to welcoming Diego Tejada back in the future and thank him for his valuable contribution to the academic education of our students.
