FT-IR spectroscopy

The Alpha FT-IR spectrometer from Bruker is equipped with ALPHA‘s Platinum ATR single reflection diamond ATR module (Spectral range: 7500 cm^-1 - 375 cm^-1; spectral resolution: < 3 cm^-1). A sample holder for measurments in transmission mode is available.
