Please note:

Each accepted paper or poster must be covered by at least one registration by one of its co-authors.  Each registration can only cover one paper or poster. If you want to present another paper, please also pay the fee for second paper.

Please bear in mind that even though the conference will be online, fees are still required to support the organization of the event, technical and event support staff, as well as online and offline infrastructure.

Cancellation Policy

Canceling up to 30 days prior to the event entitles the customer to a refund of 80% of the fee paid. In all other cases, the financial responsibilities of the customer remain fully effective.

Liability

With paid registration, the participant acknowledges that s/he has no right to lodge claims against the conference organizers should the meeting be altered, hindered, or prevented by unexpected political or economic events, unpredictable forces of nature, speaker cancellations or other unforeseeable events.

Insurance

The organizers do not accept any responsibility for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Delegates are strongly advised to have their own travel insurance policies to cover risks including (but not limited to) loss, cancellation, medical costs and injury. CLF 2021 conference organizers will not accept any responsibility for any delegate failing to take out adequate insurance.

Publicity Policy

Each registrant grants CLF 2021 conference organisers the right to photograph/videotape participants and to use such photographs/videos and names of attendees in materials and websites which either represent the proceedings of the conference or promote future conferences. In case, this is not wanted by a participant an information must be given to the organizer prior to the conference start.
