Background:
Camilla has completed her master’s degree in Software Engineering and Management at TU Graz, with a research focus on technology-based business models in high-technology industries. As a University Assistant at the Institute, she continues her research in the topics of flexibility and efficiency in software development companies.

Background:
Theophil holds MSc degrees in Environmental Management & Ecotoxicology and Psychosocial Counselling, as well as bachelor’s degrees in Industrial Engineering and Chinese Studies, with further study in International Business Administration at WU Vienna. His research focuses on the role of greentech startups in the green transition. Prior to joining TU Graz, Theophil worked in industry across intralogistics, energy and automotive sectors in roles spanning business process design, market research and data analysis, and taught at universities in Austria and China. He received the City of Vienna Scientific Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement in Water Research and the Young Scientist Poster Award at the SETAC GLB conference for his research. He serves on the board of the Gruendungsgarage, an academic start-up accelerator

Background:
Martin is a Ph.D. candidate with a master’s degree in business administration. His research interests focus on the fields of business models, sustainability and entrepreneurship. In his research, he investigates sustainability-oriented business models of young companies. Martin is also project coordinator in a European Union funded project in the field of deep tech entrepreneurship. In addition, he is board member of the Gruendungsgarage, an academic start-up accelerator and has been able to support numerous of start-up projects in the course of his consulting activities.

- Technology-based business models: Focus on the development of business models in the natural sciences, particularly chemistry, materials science, and biochemistry.
- Deep-tech entrepreneurship: Support in transforming complex laboratory research into marketable applications.
- Innovation and technology management: Structuring the innovation process from scientific discovery to product development.
- Sustainability aspects: Consideration of aspects of the circular economy and their integration and accounting in corporate strategies.
Background:
Julian Widhalm completed his studies in “Management in Chemical Technologies” (Dipl.-Ing.) and his BSc in “Chemistry and Chemical Technology” at Johannes Kepler University (JKU), both with honors. His expertise lies in combining in-depth scientific knowledge in chemistry, materials science, and biochemistry with relevant management skills.
