The conference fee includes:

• Participation in the conference
• Digital conference proceedings
• Welcome reception
• Conference dinner (not included in PhD and Bachelor and Master students' fee)
• Lunches
• Coffee breaks

Participation in the technical tour is not included in the conference fee, but can be booked for an additional fee of 70 €.

All presented papers will be published open-access in IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmenal Science (EES) and indexed (with a DOI-number). If you want to publish more than one paper (not counting papers presented by co-authors), you can do so for a publishing fee of 70 €.

PhD student fee applies to PhDs who do not present a paper.

Bachelor and Master students' fee only applies to Bachelor and Master students under the age of 27 with a valid student ID, who do not present at the conference.

All presenting authors have to pay the standard (or membership) fee.
